Supported by the KTR Fund

These sessions are kindly supported by the Bromley KTR Fund. Consider supporting Symbiosia to enable us continuing these sessions post funding.
The sessions can be done seated or standing.

Whilst you are welcome spontaneously on the day, it helps us with setting up enough chairs if you let us know that you'll be there:

Email: info@symbiosia.org.uk or WhatsApp/phone us: 07458 034756 and we'll make sure that there's a chair available for you.

Whatever your ability ... you are welcome!
The sessions are outdoors on the grass next to the Beccehamian rugby club.

But ... they have kindly made their building available in case of poor or very hot weather.

The weather has been warm so far and we learned that underneath the trees, with a little breeze, it's actually really nice.

We also offer plenty of cool water to drink and we may even have some watermelon!
It would help us tremendously if you sign up, so we can plan appropriately for the session.

Nevertheless, we genuinely welcome anyone showing up on the day to promote easy-access to these sessions.
Our team has 20 years experience in delivering activities for people living with dementia.

We know that not everyone is ready to accept their diagnosis and we therefore sensitively don't emphasise it.

At the same time, we also know the strain family caregivers can be under. Depending on the group composition on the day, we'll discretely make sure that family caregivers CAN share their experiences in a supportive environment.
